Everything “a mano”

“Il dolce far niente” (theSweet Art of Doing Nothing ) is how I would describe our afternoon food adventure at a mano Gateway mall 2 several days ago 🥰🇮🇹🥂🍕🍝

Nothing like delicious & gorgeous made-from-scratch pizza & pasta done “a mano” or by hand to evoke feelings of “la dolce vita” ♥️

Love cheese? Turophiles will go gaga over these new cheesy selections 🥰

🍕PIZZA CON RASPADURA 700
Visualize ribbons of Grana Padano Cheese freshly shaved table side . Then imagine adorning your hot-off-the-Forni Valoriani-oven tomato pizza generously with it. Don’t forget to add a touch of extra virgin olive oil or chili oil for that extra kick… so good!

🥗INSALATE DI POLLO CON RASPADURA E ACETO BALSAMICO 550
Now do the same with your salad. Then up the ante by gently pouring a thin thread of EVOO & balsamic vinegar… ambrosia!

Can’t have enough of cheese. Enjoy your butternut squash filled caramelle pasta with gratings on top♥️

Washed it all down with a tall cold glass of their robust and sweet Shakerato coffee Bianca. Refreshing!
